About the Medical Writer: Anne John Michael has about two decades of experience in medical writing. She was certified as a Medical Publication Professional by the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals in 2023.

Anne has produced work for pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and academic institutions. Her editorial support is acknowledged in seven journal articles (published between 2021 and 2024). She has also trained healthcare professionals to write journal articles (with over 20 speaking engagements between 2009 and 2014).

Prior to medical writing, Anne was a biomedical research assistant in Malaysia.
